The registration to the workshop will be available through the ACM SenSys website. Click here to register.
 
For authors:
Please note that AT LEAST ONE AUTHOR of each accepted paper must register at full rate (non-student) in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
  
Workshop location and facilities
The workshop registration will be @ Sibley Auditorium @ UC Berkeley

The workshop will be held @ 250 Sutardja Dai Hall @ UC Berkeley

The bus will drop people off either on Hearst Street or Hearst/Leroy and then folks can walk to the workshop registration. Again, we will have signs and volunteers to help guide.

A block of rooms have been reserved for ACM Sensys and related workshops on November 2-7, 2009, at the DoubleTree Hotel at the Berkeley Marina. A special room rate will be available until October 13th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. You can book your reservation online.

General Visa Information:
 
The sites http://www.unitedstatesvisas.gov & http://travel.state.gov have information about obtaining a visa for those traveling to the United States. Both sites have links to websites for U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. The embassy and consulate websites have very helpful information about procedures, timelines, communities served, required documentation, and fees.
 
Letters from ACM:
 
International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance. All visa inquiries must be handled by ACM HQ. Please refer to the ACM SenSys visa information for more details.
