Submitted papers must be unpublished and must not be currently under review for any other publication. All papers will be peer-reviewed by a multidisciplinary program committee of technical experts. Submissions are limited to 6 pages, double-column format, with a minimum 10pt font and 1 inch margins (US letter), including all references and figures. In contrast to earlier events, submissions should be fully anonymized for double blind review.

Paper Formatting Instructions

Your submission must be in PDF with all fonts embedded. We do not handle other formats such as Microsoft Word. Whatever text processor or formatter you use to write your paper (LaTeX, Microsoft Word, FrameMaker, etc.), please convert the output to PDF before submission. Your submission must be correctly formatted to fit on U.S. "Letter" size paper, which is 8.5 inches wide by 11 inches tall. Please, be sure you have 1 inch margins on all edges (top, bottom, left, and right) of each page. Paper must be limited to 6 pages and must follow a double column format including references, appendices, etc. The font size must be at least 10 points (smaller font is allowed for references, figure captions and footnotes).

Paper template

You may use the following LaTeX template for your paper submission.

Sensys'11 Latex Paper Template

If you use your own template you are responsible for ensuring it meets the formatting guidelines given above.

Paper submission via EDAS

* If you do not already have an EDAS account, please create one.
* Log in and select BuildSys 2011 from the list of available conferences (via the Submit paper tab) or use the direct link.
* Register the abstract by providing the paper title and the abstract (up to 200 words) and all author details. Please ensure all names, addresses and email details are correctly entered.
* To submit a full paper upload the paper through EDAS either at the moment of the registration or later through your EDAS BuildSys 2011 webpage.

Revising your paper

You can revise your submission at any time before the submission deadline. To revise the submitted paper, login to EDAS, go to your BuildSys EDAS homepage and upload a new PDF version the same way you did already for the previous version.

NOTE: To revise your paper, please use the above procedure to upload the new revised version of your existing registered paper. Please do not register and submit the new version as if it were a separate new paper, since this will duplicate the paper registration records.
