Parking
Conference attendees receive discounted parking rate of $16/day.

Internet Access
Conference attendees within the SenSys block will have free Internet access in the hotel sleeping rooms. In order to receive this complimentary Internet, upon logging in, the guest must accept Internet charges, which will be removed from the bill upon check-out.

Hotel Reservations

SenSys is holding a block of rooms at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. These single/double rooms are being held on a first-come, first-served basis at a discounted rate of $149 per night. Please be aware the room block fills quickly, so we suggest you make your hotel and travel plans early.

The group rate is guaranteed until the cutoff date unless the block fills prior to that. If there are rooms available after the cutoff date, they will be available at the best rate offered at that time. Reservation deadline is Sunday, October 2, 2011 (or until the room block is filled).

When making reservations, be sure to identify yourself as an attendee of ACM SenSys. In order to get the SenSys group rate, please make your reservations via one of the options below:

* Fill out the hotel reservation form, fax to +1 206-774-6120, or mail the form directly to the Grand Hyatt Seattle Hotel. If hotel reservations are requested by fax and written confirmation is not received within one week of sending the fax, please contact the hotel immediately to verify that the reservation request was received and processed.

Note: Do not make your reservation online through the public hotel web site, as this will not allow you to retain the SenSys group rate. The Grand Hyatt Seattle recommends making your reservation by telephone or using the Passkey web link above to guarantee your reception of the Sensys room rate.

Reservations are not confirmed until acknowledged in writing/email by the hotel or verified by phone. Be sure to get a confirmation number from the hotel and be prepared to provide that number to the front desk clerk upon check-in at the hotel.

In the event that you find a lower room rate, please make the reservation at the lower rate and notify us immediately. By doing this you will receive the lower rate and be counted towards the SenSys room block.

Deposit
The Grand Hyatt Seattle requires a credit card to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The hotel will send out e-mail confirmations upon request.

Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel 24 hours prior to your arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Remember to get a cancellation number.
