The early registration option for conferences and workshops will be available until 11:59 pm PDT, October 13, 2016.
To appear in the proceedings of any of the conferences or workshops, all papers, posters, and demos must have at least one co-author registered (student registration is fine) by October 13, 2016, 11:59pm PDT.
Travel grants for students
With support from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), a limited number of Student Travel Grants are available for students from US-based institutions. Complete application details are available here (PDF).
The support is intended to partially cover the costs of attending the BuildSys or its affiliated conference/workshop. The costs include conference registration, transportation, lodging, and meals. Students receiving travel awards may be expected to volunteer at BuildSys 2016. Such volunteer tasks will not interfere with attendance at the conference sessions.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations requested before 11:59 pm PDT, October 16, 2016 are refundable, subject to a $50 USD handling fee
- Cancellations requested afterwards are not refundable.
